When you contact us, our sales representative will take special care of you and assist you throughout the entire process. When you place your order, we will carefully prepare your order within 1-2 business days. The products are examined before the order is loaded, the boxes are inspected. And we offer both residential and commercial delivery.

• For the pick-up, we load your vehicle or the transportation vehicle you rented. We do not charge for handling.
• If you agree with the delivery option, we ship your order to your address.

Custom Orders CANNOT be returned.
* All returned products must be undamaged and in resalable condition.
* All out of stock merchandise CANNOT be returned.
* All returns have %20 restocking fee
*Once product is installed, it is not eligible to return it
*Mudodecor isn't responsible for item deformity or harm, property harm or lost work costs because of faulty installation.
* Thoroughly inspect all products before installation as use will constitute acceptance.
* Installed flooring is considered the property of the owner/installer and cannot be exchanged or returned for any reason.
* Claims for damage or shortages must be made upon receipt of the product.

WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR VEHICLE DAMAGE!!!!

Any damage that occurs as a result of our staff assisting with loading customers is purely the liability of the customer, including Tailgates!!
Loading with a forklift is a convenience. Customers who are worried about vehicle damage need to request an item be placed by the
vehicle and our staff will help hand load it. Customer must bring proper vehicle to haul material. An overwhelming majority of the damage
that occurs at load out is due to the fact that the customer is overloading the vehicle for its capacity, and often times occurs during transit.
Tailgates are not made to withstand weight being placed on them. Using a vehicle shorter than the product is an invitation to incur tailgate
damage and is strongly advised against.
